ABOUT IAIN REILLY

Iain Reilly, broker of Anderson Valley Realty, is a life-long resident of northern California.   Raised in Sonoma County, his introduction to Mendocino County occurred in 1990 after having earned a degree in political science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

In 1992, with his business partner, Nancy Lillicotch, he acquired the 245 acre Winterland Ranch overlooking the Eel River and thus began his continuing love for rural property.

With the experience of his own property development which included alternative energy systems, roadway and pond design and the design and construction of his home and farm structures, Iain began his career in real estate sales in the Willits area with a concentration on ranch and timberland.

Today, a decade later, he brings a vast knowledge and background to his own company. For the past several years, he has represented properties from the coast to the inland valleys and has consulted and assisted in property development and land usage for many of his clients.

Surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the Anderson Valley, Iain is truly in his element.   Located in a neighborhood producing world-renowned wines, he has been able to indulge in his growing love of fine pinots and to continue with his self-education in grape growing and the wine making process.   For the past 2 years, another passion has been “Wildheart”, his 145 acre ranch near Philo which is still in the development stage but that Iain foresees as his future home.

As broker of Anderson Valley Realty, Iain Reilly has made a very visible commitment to the community and considers his primary focus to be the servicing and support of the people of the Anderson Valley.   Running a close second is his commitment to those who would like to become a part of the Anderson Valley community. “A Rural Community Brokerage” is more than just a tag line!
